Cabernet Sauvignon Lana 2019 was produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes which were harvested by hand in the early morning hours in an old and single vineyard near Moshav Dalton in the Galilee, at an altitude of 900 m above sea level. The wine went through a long fermentation process in stainless steel tanks and then went through an aging period of 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine is rich and full and has an intense color, a dominant fruit flavor and balanced wood flavor.
