Cabernet Carignan Lana 2021 is a wine in the style of the heavy-bodied and complex screen wines from the northern region of Spain. A wine that develops and changes from the first pouring. Varieties complement each other, the Northern Cabernet Sauvignon with its heavy tannic body, combines well with the fruity Carignan which was harvested in an old vineyard over 50 years old in the Zichron Ya'akov area, and contributes the fruitiness and complexity to the wine. The wines were fermented separately, the final blend was assembled and aged in new and old French oak barrels for 12 months.
